Died

Miss Nellie Brownson, died in Chicago, at W. O. Parmalee’s, June 1st. She was born at Lyons, Aug, 2nd, 1871, and lived there most of her life graduating from the High School of the class of ’90. She was not afraid to die, but met death in the calm and holy triumph of a Christian character, saying she was going to her home in Heaven. Three married sister remain behind her – Mrs. George W. Barker, of this city, Mrs. F. W. Sandiland, of Belvidere, Ill., and Mrs. F. W. Bretnall, her twin sister, of Dubuque. Her funeral occurred Wednesday with interment at Oakland.

Mr. and Mrs. F. W. Sandiland of Belviedere, Ill. and Rev. and Mrs. F. W. Bretnall of Dubuque, were present at the burial of their sister, Miss Nellie Brownson.
