OBITUARY: Charles Alfred Weber
Charles Alfred Weber, 38, rural route 1, Camanche, died at 2:30 a.m. today in the home of his parents, Mr. And Mrs. Joseph F. Weber, 805 Second Ave, South after a long illness. The body is in the Delaney funeral home, where friends may call after 7:30 o’clock tonight. Funeral arrangements are incomplete. Charles A. Weber was born Dec 111, 1912, in Clinton. He was a painter by trade and a veteran of World War II, serving as a technical sergeant in the air corps for four years, two of them overseas. He married Janet Mary Sanders July 1, 1944, in St. Mary’s Church. He was a graduate of Sacred Heart grade school and Clinton high school and a member of Sacred Heart Church. He is survived by his wife; one daughter, Helen Joy; his parents; one brother Arthur of Clinton; three sisters, Mrs. Arthur J. (Rosalie) Behrens, Clinton, Mrs. F. D. (Helen) Lancaster, Pequot Lake Minn., and Mrs. LeRoy (Leona) Boock, Long Grove, Iowa.
