Connie Lou Hansen, 68, of Clinton died Friday, October 21, 2016 her home. Services will be held at 1PM, Thursday, October 27, 2016 at the Clinton Chapel Snell-Zornig Funeral Home & Crematory. Visitation will be held from 11AM until the service hour Thursday at the funeral home. Pallbearers will be Steve, Joe and Johnny Hansen, Pete Scarano, Todd Kovaleski and Roger Sachsenmaier. Burial will be in Clinton Lawn Cemetery.

Connie Lou Everatt was born February 10, 1948 in Clinton the daughter of William and Helen (Reese) Everatt. She was a graduate of Iowa State University. Connie married Thomas Hansen on June 5, 1971 in England.

Connie had been employed at Alliant Energy for more than 30 years prior to retiring in 2008.

Survivors include her husband, Thomas Hansen; daughter, Courtney Kovaleski of Belvidere, Illinois and grandson, Nicholas Thomas Kovaleski.

She was preceded in death by her parents and two aunts.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Clinton Humane Society.
