Stanislaw Wytrwal age 90 of Clinton, passed away Tuesday, October 4, 2016 at Livingston Regional Hospital, Livingston, Tennessee. Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 8 from 9:00 A.M. to 10:00 A.M. at Prince of Peace Parish, Clinton followed by a funeral service at 10:00 A.M. Burial will be in St. Irenaeus Cemetery. The Pape Funeral Home is assisting the family. The family request any donations in memory of Stan be directed to Prince of Peace Parish building fund. Online condolences may be left at www.papefh.com Stan was born in Gnoinca, Poland on May 4, 1926, the son of Jozef and Maria (Wiktor) Wytrwal. He married Irene Makucewicz in 1949 in Germany. They were displaced immigrants from WWll, and after a long journey, in 1950, they made their new home in Clinton, IA. He worked for ADM (Clinton Corn) and later turned his avocation for boating into his own marina business. After his retirement in 1990 he enjoyed golfing and hunting. Stan is survived by his loving wife, Irene Wytrwal of Clinton, son John (Alicia) Wytrwal of Byrdstown, TN, daughter, Donna Seiver of Alpharetta, GA; 4 grandchildren, Erik (Lisa), Mikel, Nicholas, and Trevor; 1 great grandchild Matilda; daughter-in-law Lynn Wytrwal and sisters, Czeslawa (Edward) Dygdon of Woodridge IL, and Zofia Mis of Poland, and nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, his brother Pitro, his sister Krystyna, his son, Richard M. Wytrwal and brother-in-law Edward Dygdon.
