Archie J. Fink, 82, of Clinton, passed away, Tuesday, September 13, 2016 at Eagle Point Nursing Home – Clinton.

Funeral Services will be 10:30am, Friday, September 16, 2016 at the Clinton Chapel Snell-Zornig Funeral Homes & Crematory. Burial will be in the Center Grove Cemetery with military honors being conducted by the Clinton AMVETS. Visitation will be Thursday from 4:00 to 7:00pm at the funeral home.

Archie John Fink was born on April 11, 1934 in Clinton, Iowa, the son of George and Ruth (McCullaugh) Fink. He graduated from Clinton High School. He served in the United States Army from 1954-1957. He married Judy Kimble on September 19, 1959 in Clinton; she died February 20, 2014.

Archie was security guard for Pinkerton for 15 years. He also worked at the Clinton Post Office. He was a member of the Clinton Police Reserves.

Archie is survived by two daughters: Kalin Fink of Clinton and Karlyn Fink of Clinton; two grandchildren: Ronald Shadle and Shawn (Megan) Shadle.

Archie was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, and his brother.
