William “Bill” Hinsch age 87 of Clinton, passed away Saturday at Bickford Cottage. Funeral services will be held 10:00 AM Tuesday Sept. 27th at the Pape Funeral Home. Visitation will be held Monday 5 - 7 PM at and Tuesday 9:00 AM until the service hour at the funeral home. Burial will be held Tuesday 2:00 PM at the Farmersburg Cemetery in Farmersburg, IA. Online condolences may be left at www.papefh.com Bill was born on March 2, 1929 in McGregor, IA, the son of Arthur and Esther (Lind) Hinsch. He married Darlene Palas in 1948 in Nashua, IA. He later married Anita Waalk in Las Vegas, NV. He worked for Sanitary Farm Dairies in Clinton and later at the WonderBread Company in Davenport. Bill was a 50 year member of the Clinton Masonic Lodge. Bill is survived by his six children, Judy Holy of Clinton, William (Sandy) Hinsch of Clinton, Barbara Hinsch of Camanche, Mary Hinsch of Tulsa, OK, Robert (Annette) Hinsch of Camanche, and Thomas (Joni) Hinsch of Albany, IL; 14 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, Anita, and a sister, June.
