The Clinton Herald Wednesday July 9, 1947 p. 9 Frank Sullivan of Davenport, former resident of this vicinity, died about 1:30 a.m. today, according to word received this morning by Mrs. L.V. Flannery of DeWitt, a cousin. The body reposes in the Halligan funeral home. Funeral arrangements are tentatively set for Friday morning in Davenport, with burial in St. Joseph's cemetery in DeWitt. Mr. Sullivan was born Oct. 8, 1875, near Welton. He was married to Dollie Redmond, who survives, also one daughter, Madeline, in Davenport, one son, John, Chicago, one brother, Bert Sullivan, living near DeWitt, one sister, Mrs. John Kearney, Davenport. A daughter, Dorothy, preceded him in death several years ago.
