St. Louis Park, MN - Bowman, Timothy L., age 50, of St. Louis Park, MN passed away July 29, 2015 after a courageous battle with brain cancer.

Tim was born August 3, 1964 in Clinton, IA. He is survived by parents, David and Joan; brothers, David, Jr.(Iris), Bruce, and Gary(Joan) Bowman; nieces and nephews, Alaina, Luke(Chelsea), Ben, Trevor, Connor, Christopher, Matthew and Kelsey; great-nephew, Everett; other relatives and friends.

Tim was an avid runner with over 50 marathons and one Ironman competition, Member of Life Time Fitness Running Club, and past board member of Twin Cities Marathon. Tim loved spending time with his family and friends and enjoyed traveling the world.

Visitation is Sunday(8/2), 5-8 p.m. at Gearty-Delmore Funeral Chapel, 15800 37th Ave. No., Plymouth, MN (763-553-1411). Service is Monday (8/3), 11 a.m. at Woodridge Church, 1500 Co. Rd. #24, Medina, MN with brief visitation one hour prior to the service.

Private interment is at St. Patrick's Cemetery, Maple Grove. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to Courage Kenny Foundation for brain cancer research.
