Funeral services for Mrs. Elmer (Alice) Ericksen, 77, were held at St. Paul's United Church of Christ, Wheatland, Nov. 14 with the Rev. Harold Koenig officiating. Burial was in the Massillon cemetery. Pallbearers were Mark Regan, Ellis Ahrens, Keylon Borchers, David Harris, Edward Petersen and Paul R. Stankee. Honorary pallbearers were Virgil Schnede, Morris Dammerman, Ardell Knoche and Roger Riedesel. Eleanor Kelding was organist.

Mrs. Ericksen died at St. Luke's hospital, Davenport, Nov. 11

The daughter of Norman and Mary Streuben Leabo, she was born at Walcott June 26, 1910. She was married to Elmer Ericksen at Kahoka, Mo. Dec. 22, 1937.

A resident of DeWitt for 11 years, she had formerly lived in Wheatland. She and her husband operated Ericksen's Corner Restaurant, Wheatland, for many years.

Mrs. Ericksen was a member of St. Paul's United Church of Christ, Wheatland and the Pythian Sisters at Walcott.

She is survived by her husband, DeWitt; 2 daughters, Mrs. Robert (Karen) Schneider, Wheatland and Mrs. Arthur (Lana) Barkley, Massillon and 6 grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a brother and a sister.
