Sandra L. “Sandy” Brady age 64 of Clinton passed away Saturday, March 8, 2014
at her home following a courageous battle with cancer. Visitation will be from 12:00 noon until 2:00 P.M. on Tuesday, March 11, 2014 at the Pape Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made in Sandy’s name to Hospice Compassus of Davenport.

Sandy was born in Bowling Green, Ohio on April 15, 1949, the daughter of Clayton and Caroline (Abbott) Perkins. She graduated from Bowling Green High School. She married Jim Brady on April 16, 2009 in Clinton. Sandy had been employed at Metform in Savanna from where she retired. She had owned and operated Quality Photo Express and sold for Premier Designs. She and Jim were members of the Izaak Walton League and she loved to paint and listen to smooth jazz. She was a very giving and loving person with family as the most important thing in her life. She will be missed but never forgotten.

Sandy is survived by her husband Jim; two daughters, Shari (Chris) Miller of Chicago and Nicci (David) Dolph of Clinton; two sons, Greg Missman of Banning, CA and Jake Brady of Wheaton, IL; two grandsons, Steven Shepherd and Drew Dolph; a great grandson, Eli Dolph; eight brothers and sisters, Jack (Mary) Abbott, Vicki (Mark) Gruver, Tim (Leah) Springstead and Kittrina Springstead all of Wooster, OH, Mike (Donna) Palmerton of Estes Park, CO, Diane (Doug) Schaefer of Amboy, IL, Tracy Springstead of IN, and Pam (Paul) Davidson of Port St. Lucia, FL and nieces and nephews.
