The Clinton Herald; Saturday November 24, 1951 p. 11 DeWitt Miss Theresa Verstreet, 74, a life-time resident of the DeWitt vicinity, died at 6 p.m. Friday in her home here. Services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Monday in St. Joseph's Catholic church with a cousin, Rev. L.M. Boyle of Buffalo, officiating at the requiem high mass. Burial will be in St. Joseph's cemetery. The body is in the Hanrahan funeral home where the rosary will be recited at 8 p.m. Sunday. Miss Verstreet, daughter of the late August and Ann McGovern Verstreet, was born near DeWitt Jan. 16, 1877. She had moved to her late home in DeWitt eight years ago. She is the last of her family, being preceeded in death by four brothers and three sisters. Several nieces and nephews
