Elsie M. Jensen, 80, of Clinton, passed away Monday, June 3, 2013 June 3, 2013 at Mercy North.

Services will be 1 PM, Thursday, June 6, 2013 at the Clinton Chapel Snell-Zornig Funeral Home & Crematory. Visitation will be held from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM Thursday at the funeral Home. Burial will be in Clinton Lawn Cemetery. Pallbearers will be John Jensen, Tim Terrock, Dan Wheeler, Shane Pinder, Ethan Jensen and James Lubinski.

Elsie was born April 3, 1933 in Clinton, Iowa, the daughter of Eugene and Annabelle (Miller) Judd. She was a 1951 Clinton High School graduate. Elsie married Erwin Jensen in 1977 in Clinton; he preceded her in death in 1998. She enjoyed crocheting.

Elsie had been employed at Nielsen’s Clearing House, K-Mart, for over twenty one years and DAC in Maquoketa, Iowa.

Survivors include her daughter, Wendy (Charles) Pinder of Clinton; grandchildren, Tiffany Hope Jensen and Shane Andrew (Christa) Pinder; great-grandchildren, Ethan, Paige and Alexander Jensen and sister, Mary Keeney of Clinton.

In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents and a sister in infancy.
