Rose I. Voss, 98, of Clinton, died Tuesday, April 2, 2013 in rural Goose Lake, Iowa.

Funeral Services will be Noon, Saturday, April 6, 2013 at the Clinton Chapel Snell-Zornig Funeral Home. Burial will be in the Elvira Cemetery. Serving as pallbearers will be Joseph Lowry, Gerald Lowry, Danny Edens, David Edens, and Jeff Ulrich. Visitation will be Friday from 4:00 t0 7:00pm at the Clinton Chapel Snell-Zornig Funeral Homes & Crematory.

Rose Irene Drahos was born on July 1, 1914 in Swisher, Iowa, the daughter of Joseph and Mary Drahos. She married Lowell Voss on January 24, 1953 in Tipton, Iowa; he died December 1, 1982.

Rose was a homemaker. She enjoyed spending time with her family and gardening.

Rose is survived by a son Gary Voss of rural Goose Lake, a granddaughter: Rebecca Rose Hansen currently serving our country in Afghanistan, a great-granddaughter; Elizabeth Hansen of Texas; and her caregiver: Debbie Lowry.

Rose was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, two brothers, 11 sisters.

Memorials can be made to the Charlotte Volunteer Fire Department.
