HENRY H. HIMEBROOK
Henry H. Himebrook, 82, of 23 13th Ave. S. died at Jane Lamb hospital Wednesday afternoon, where he had been a patient for one day.
Friends may call after 7:30 p.m. today at the Snell-Smith funeral home.
Funeral services will be at 1:30 p.m. Saturday in the funeral home. Dr. Bruce McCullough of the First Presbyterian church will officiate. Burial will be Memorial Park Cemetery.
Mr. Himebrook was born April 18, 1877, in Clinton, the son of John and Pauline Rathje Himebrook. He was married Aug. 24, 1906 in Morrison, Ill. to Hattie May Christofferson.
He was employed for 30 years with the Jenks fish market and for 22 years with Curtis Companies, retiring in 1949. He was a member of the Modern Woodmen of America.
Survivors include his wife; one son, LeRoy (Buck) Himebrook of Clinton; one daughter, Mrs. Robert (Ruth) Matzen of Clinton; two brothers, *Charls Himebrook of Fla., and Albert Himebrook of Charlotte.
He was preceded in death by his parents; one brother and four sisters.Clinton Herald March 10, 190
