Rockford, IL formerly of Clinton - Connie M. (Cronk) Jackson age 49 of Rockford, IL formerly of Clinton, entered into eternal rest on Sunday May 13, 2012 at Rockford Memorial Hospital in Rockford. According to her wishes, there will be no visitation or services, cremation rites have been accorded. The Pape Funeral Home, Clinton, is assisting the family. Connie was born on May 9, 1963 in Clinton, Iowa, the daughter of Melvin and Helma (Michel) Cronk. She graduated from Clinton High School in 1981. She married Enoch Jackson on July 2, 1991 in Rockford, IL. Connie was a cook supervisor at a nursing home in Rockford. She loved gardening, her 1986 Chevy Caprice, and spending time with her granddaughter.

Connie is survived by her husband, Enoch of Rockford, IL; a daughter, Jennifer Jackson of Madison, WI; two sons, Daniel Jackson of Bristol, CT and Maurice Jackson of Rockford, IL; a granddaughter, Keimari Dismuke; her parents, Melvin and Helma Cronk of Clinton; a sister, Susan Ebensberger of Clinton, IA; a brother, David (Paula) Cronk of Arnold, MO; six nieces and nephews, and 8 great nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her grandparents.
