LARRY J. DETERMAN

Larry J. Determan, 58, died Wednesday afternoon in his home at 3807 N. 3rd St.

Requiem high mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Saturday in St. Boniface church, with burial in St. Irenaeus Calvary cemetery. Pallbearers will be Joe Droste, Wilton Keeney, Al Wagemester, William Jensen, Gerald Sidlinger and R. M. Johnson.

Visitation in the Pape funeral home begins at 7 p.m. today. The parish rosary will be recited at 7:30 p.m. Friday.

Mr. Determan was born May 18, 1908 in Sugar Creek, the son of Matt and Caroline Droste Determan. He married Beatrice Hacker, Sept 24, 1934, in Clinton. He was employed as a salesman for Valley Produce Co. of Davenport. He operated Determan's market in the Lyons shopping area for many years. He was a member of St. Boniface church.

Surviving are his wife, one daughter, Mrs. Glenn (Diane) Naeve of Andover; three grandchildren; four brothers, Ed, Ben and William of Clinton and Oliver of Preston, and two sisters, Mrs. Francis Ryan of Clinton and Mrs. Louis Skoff of Charlotte.

His parents and one brother preceded him in death.
