Patricia E. Dombrowski, 65, of Clinton, died Sunday, March 20, 2011 at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics, Iowa City, Iowa.

Mass of the Christian Burial will be 9:00am, Saturday, March 26, 2011 at Prince of Peace Catholic Church. Burial will be in the Saint Irenaeus Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday from 4:00 to 8:00 pm at the Clinton Chapel Snell-Zornig Funeral Homes and Crematory.

Patricia Evelyn Wamser was born on July 3, 1945 in Saint Francis, Wisconsin the daughter of Joseph and Madelyn (Wamser) Fairbanks. She married Roman Dombrowski on May 7, 1966 in South Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

Pat was a graduate of South Milwaukee High School. She was a homemaker.

Pat was a member of Prince of Peace Parish, the River City Quilt Guild.

Pat is survived by her husband: Roman of Clinton; one daughter: Joan (Matt) Schedler of Thomson, Illinois; two sons: Joseph Dombrowski of Clinton, Iowa, and Paul (Amy) Dombrowski of North Liberty, Iowa; three grandchildren: Heather, Roman, and Kodey Dombrowski; one brother: Bill (Penny) Fairbanks of Reno, Nevada, and one sister: Marianne (Owen) VanPietersom of West Bend, Wisconsin.

Pat was preceded in death by her parents.

In lieu of flowers memorials can be made to the American Heart Association.
