Clinton, Iowa - LeRoy D. Schroeder age 81 of Clinton, died March 9, 2011 at his home. Cremation rites have been accorded. Memorial services will be held Saturday 1:00 pm at the Pape Funeral Home. LeRoy was born on Nov. 16, 1929 on the family farm in Clinton County, Iowa, the son of Ernest and Augusta (Jurgensen) Schroeder. He was a veteran serving during the Korean Conflict. He farmed his whole life on his farm in Clinton County. LeRoy is survived by five nephews and three nieces; and several great nieces & nephews.
