DIED AT HER SISTER’S HOME

Mrs. Sarah Elizabeth MARSHALL, Guest at the ALBRIGHT home in Charlotte for Golden Wedding Stricken.

Mrs. Sarah Elizabeth MARSHALL, widow of William MARSHALL, died at Charlotte, Ioea Saturday after an illness of ten days. She passed away at the home of her sister, Mrs. A. J. ALBRIGHT, where she had gone to attend the golden wedding celebration of Mr. And Mrs. ALBRIGHT, held January 1st.

Sarah Elizabeth EANDERBAUGH was born December 1. 1824 in the state if Indiana near the city of Terra Haute. She came to Iowa with her parents, when but seven years of age, and was married to William MARSHALL, May 27, 1854, the ceremony performed at Charlotte. To this union six children were born. Her husband and one son passed away several years ago, those that remain to mourn are Mrs. Isadore McCLURE of Carl, Iowa, Mrs. Mary E. McCRAERY, Mrs. Alice H. MOORE and John H. MARSHALL all of Clinton, and Mrs. Hattie E. ROBINSON of Newell, Iowa. The remains will be taken to Sac City, Iowa, where she will be buried beside her husband.

Two brothers and two sisters and a host of friends, many of whom were of years standing will mourn the death of this lovable elderly woman.
