Kristeforo Rossario Galioto, 41, of Bettendorf, passed away Saturday, October 2, 2010, at Genesis East, of a massive heart attack. Funeral services are Saturday, October 9, 2010, at 11 a.m., at Our Lady of Victory Church, 4105 Division St., Davenport, with MSGR. James Parizek officiating.

Visitation will be one hour before the service. Burial will be at a later date. Lemke Funeral Homes of Clinton is assisting the family with arrangements.

Kristeforo was born September 13, 1969, in Washington D.C., to Robert C. and Joanne (Dux) Hitshew. He graduated in 2001 from Davenport Alternative Schools. He graduated Magnum Cum Laude from Kaplan University in Para Legal studies. Kristeforo was employed by RJW Properties of Davenport. He belonged to the Italian Association.

Kristeforo is survived by his Mother, Joanne Abbate, Bettendorf; his Father, Robert Hitshew, Elmont, NY; a brother, John Antonio Abbate, Louisville, KY; cousins, Mr. and Mrs. Anibal Andujar, Clifton, NJ; Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Maley, Drexel Hill, PA; Mr. and Mrs. Rossario Galioto, Tony Hanna, PA; Mr. William Smar, Chicago, IL; and several cousins. He was preceded in death by his maternal and paternal grandparents, several Aunts and Uncles and cousins.
