Donna M. Miller, 69, of Clinton died Sunday, August 29, 2010 at home. Funeral services will be 10:30am Wednesday, September 1, 2010 at the Clinton Chapel Snell-Zornig Funeral Homes and Crematory. Visitation will be from 4:00-7:00pm Tuesday, August 31, 2010 at the funeral home. Burial will be in the Clinton Lawn Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Tyler Smith, Shawn Petersen, Marc Petersen, Wayne Benson, Steve Werner and Kevin Nelson. Honorary pallbearer is Wayne Lueders.

Donna Marie Goers was born on August 4, 1941 in Clinton, the daughter of Vernon and Dorothy M. (Symons) Goers. She was a 1960 Clinton High School graduate. She married Richard A. Miller on October 8, 1961 in Clinton.

She was previously employed with A.C. Nielsen’s Clearing House for 12 years and had also been employed at the Clinton Garment Factory.

She was a member of Saint Paul Lutheran Church and the Moose Lodge. She was a volunteer at Wyndcrest Nursing Home for many years.

She is survived by her husband Richard; one daughter: Janet Irish of Clinton; one son: Jeffrey Miller of Clinton; 5 grandchildren: Jennifer, Jackie, Ashley, Adam, and Tyler; 2 great-grandchildren: Bailey and Jayden; one sister: Judy Petersen of Clinton, and step-mother Myra Goers of Clinton.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Memorials may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association.
