Cheryl (Mrs. Dean) Tittle, 51, Charlotte, died Sunday morning, August 15, 2010 at Trinity Pathway Hospice, Bettendorf.
Cheryl Ann Tittle was born October 9, 1958 in Wadsworth, Ohio, to Robert and Marlita (Moyer) Sickels. Cheri graduated in 1976 from Springfield Township High in Akron. She married Norman Dean Tittle on January 15, 1977 in Parkview, Iowa. Cheri was employed as a Pharmacy Tech, working in Parkview and LeClaire. She went on to work at Scott Drug, DeWitt, for 20 plus years.

Cheri was an excellent cook and cooked all the time. She often cooked for the Charlotte Firemen following a fire and for others of the community in need. She enjoyed crocheting, gardening, crossword puzzles and spending time with her dear family and friends.

Surviving are her loving husband of 33 years, Dean; children, Travis and his wife, Lauren, Cedar Rapids and Jesse and special friend, Samantha Royer, Richmond, Indiana; her mom, Marlita Sickels, Eldridge; a brother, Robert Sickels and his wife, Debi, Belvidere, Illinois; a sister, Chris McCroskey and her husband, Bill, Charlotte; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Raymond and Tinker Tittle, North Canton, Ohio; other relatives and friends.

Preceding Cheri in death was her father, Robert.

The family will receive relatives and friends at Schultz Funeral Home, DeWitt, from 3:00 until 7:00 p.m. Tuesday, August 17, 2010. A funeral service will be held at 10:30 a.m., Wednesday, August 18, 2010 in the Funeral Home Chapel. Pastor Mark Zevenbergen will officiate with burial in Elmwood Cemetery, DeWitt.

Pallbearers will be Travis Tittle, Jesse Tittle, Bill McCroskey, Blaze McCroskey, Bob Sickels and Don Burke.
