Mrs. Andrew Oldson, 739 Twelfth avenue, South, succumbed to heart trouble at 11:30 o’clock last evening. Funeral services will be held at 2 0’clock Wednesday in the home with a prayer, and at 2:30 o’clock in the Immanuel Lutheran church.
She was born in Waerberg, Holland, Dec. 24, 1863, and came to Clinton in 1883. She was married in 1886 to Andrew Oldson, and leaves her husband and three daughters, Mrs. Roscoe C. Ramsey of Spokane, Wash., Mrs. T. B. Charlton of Clinton and Miss Isabelle at home. A son, Bert, preceded her in death. She also leaves a brother in Colorado and several nieces and nephews.
Mrs. Oldson was a devout member of the Immanuel Lutheran church, active in the church for the past 40 years. She had attended morning worship and retired at night, apparently well. She was a woman of sunny disposition, kindly and considerate, beloved by her friends of many years and by the friends of her children. She was affiliated with one of the Rebekah lodge groups.
