CLINTON — CAMANCHE — William J. Robb, age 76, of Camanche, died Wednesday, March 31, 2010, at Mercy Living Center North in Clinton. According to his wishes, cremation rites have been accorded. Memorial services will be held Saturday at 11:30 a.m. at the Pape Funeral Home. A gathering of friends and family will be held Saturday 10:00 a.m. until the service hour at the funeral home. Inurnment will be held at St. Mary’s Cemetery in Clinton.

William was born on April 16, 1933, in St. Paul, MN, the son of John and Frances (Pottratz) Robb. He served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War. He worked at Eclipse Lumber Co. in Clinton for over 20 years and was a self-employed contractor. William is survived by his four sons, Bill, John, Michael and Ronald Robb; 12 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
