PORT HUENEME, Calif. — Terence E. Davis, age 39, passed away May 18th, 2009, after a short courageous battle with cancer.Terry was born August 20th, 1969, in Clinton, IA, to George Davis and Sandy Dannatt Davis. Terry graduated from Clinton High of Clinton, IA, in 1987. Terry married Frankie L. Bailey on November 10th, 1988, in Clinton, IA. Terry entered the U.S. Navy as a Seabee in 1988. Terry visited many locations throughout the world during his twenty years of service, before retiring from the U.S. Navy in 2008.Terry is survived by his wife, Frankie; his son, Terence G. and daughter, Europe, all of Port Hueneme, CA; his brother, Richard of Polk City, IA; and parents, George and Sandy of Clinton, IA.Terry is preceded in death by both sets of grandparents.A memorial service was held at the Seabee Chapel on Naval Base Ventura County, Port Hueneme, CA.Death date: May 18, 2009
