The Clinton Herald Thursday December 7, 1989 p. 12 Duane "Bud" Huebbe, 69, of Grand Mound, died Wednesday at Davenport Good Samaritan Center. The funeral will be 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Kelly-Schultz Funeral Home, Grand Mound, with the REv. Chuck Layton, St. Paul United Methodist Church, officiating. Visitation will be from 2 to 8 p.m. Friday in the funeral home. Burial will be in Rose Hill Cemetery, Calamus. Mr. Huebbe was born July 7, 1920, in rural Calamus, to Edward and Mary Weidmann Huebbe. He married Ruth Gradert, April 9, 1941, in Grand Mound. He was a farmer in the Grand Mound area and had worked for Clinton Engines Foundry, Maquoketa, for 18 years. He was a member and former president of Allied Molders and Machinists Local and a member of Central Illinois Circuit Field Trial Coon Hound Association. Survivors include his wife; a daughter, Mrs. Terry (Janalea) Huebbe of Dixon; a son, Galeon of Grand Mound; a grandchild; two sisters, Mrs. Vernon (Anna) Weiss of Phoenix, Ariz., and Esther Dosland of Lost Nation. He was prededed in death by a
