Lee Carter Jr. 05/07/2002 CLINTON, Iowa -- Services for Lee A. Carter Jr., Mount Morris, Ill., formerly of Clinton, will be 2 p.m. Wednesday at Lemke Funeral Home, Clinton. Visitation is noon until service time. Burial will be in Rose Hill Cemetery, Marshalltown. Mr. Carter died Saturday, May 4, 2002, at Veterans Administration Hospital, Iowa City. He was employed as a laborer at local factories. He was born April 3, 1952, in Clinton. He married Robin Morgart in 1972 in Union. She died in 1988. He had served in the Navy. Survivors include sons, Timothy, Mount Morris, and Jason, of Florida; his mother, Lucille Carter, Brownsville, Texas; sisters, Linda Baclet, Falmouth, Mass., Mary "Kathy" Coon, Clinton, Marcy Allen, Marshalltown, Diana Carter, Woods Hole, Mass., and Susan Carter, Muscatine; and brother, Joseph Baclet, Clinton.
