Maynard Bugbee 02/14/2000 CLINTON, Iowa -- Maynard V. "Hooter" Bugbee, of 638 S. Bluff Blvd., died Saturday, Feb. 12, 2000, at Bluff Terrace Nursing Home, Clinton. Memorial services will be held at Oakdale Cemetery, Clinton, at a later date. The body will be cremated. Snell-Zornig Funeral Homes and Crematory, Clinton, is in charge of arrangements. Mr. Bugbee was employed as a mechanic for a local cab service for many years and at Machael Oil Co. for several years. He was born Jan. 20, 1912, in Clinton. He married Dora Pringle Hosp in 1950 in Clinton. She died in 1976. He served as a mechanic in the Army during World War II. Survivors include a son, William, Fargo, N.D.; a stepdaughter, Dorene Pease, Clinton; two grandchildren; several step-grandchildren; and a sister, Leah Bealer, Morrison, Ill.
