Marie Shadle 12/29/1999 CLINTON, Iowa -- Services for Marie R. Shadle, of 308 S. Bluff Blvd., will be 1:30 p.m. Thursday at Zion Lutheran Church, Clinton. Visitation is noon until service time. Burial will be in Springdale Cemetery, Clinton. Mrs. Shadle died Monday, Dec. 27, 1999, at Mercy Medical Center-North Campus, Clinton. Clinton Chapel of Snell-Zornig Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. She owned and operated Marie's Foundations and Lingerie for many years. She also was employed as a corsetiere at Van Allen's and Petersen-Harned-Von Maur for many years. Marie Rosenow was born April 9, 1911, in Clinton. Memorials may be made to the church. Survivors include a daughter, Barbara Siegrist, Denver; a son, David, St. Charles, Ill.; two granddaughters; and three great-granddaughters.
