Matthew Sams 12/05/1999 DELMAR, Iowa -- Services for Matthew P. Sams, of Delmar, formerly of Dallas, will be 10:30 a.m. Monday at St. Patrick's Catholic Church, Delmar. Burial will be in St. Patrick's Cemetery, Delmar. Visitation is 4-8 p.m. today at Haylock-O'Hara & Lahey Funeral Home, Maquoketa, where a vigil service will be held at 7 p.m. Mr. Sams died Friday, Dec. 3, 1999, at his parent's home in Dallas. He was self employed in the computer technology field. A memorial fund has been established. Survivors include his parents, Philip and Kathleen, Delmar; sisters, Jody Stetzel, Iowa City, and Jennifer Isbell, Delmar; and a brother, Dean, Davenport.
