Arlo Schutt 10/26/1999 CALAMUS, Iowa -- Arlo W. Schutt, of Calamus, died Monday, Oct. 25, 1999, at WestWing Place, DeWitt. Services will be 10 a.m. Wednesday at Chapman Funeral Home, Wheatland. Burial will be in Pine Hill Cemetery, Wheatland. Visitation is 3-7 p.m. today and after 8:30 a.m. until service time Wednesday at the funeral home. Mr. Schutt was employed as a machinist at Chicago-Northwestern Railroad. He was born March 3, 1920, in Calamus. He married Doris Selhaver in 1941 in Kahoka, Mo. She died in 1996. Survivors include daughters, Linda Whittaker, Muscatine, and Arla Brown, Lynn Center, Ill.; a son, Mark, Lost Nation; nine grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and brothers, Lowell Richey, Lost Nation, John Schutt, Calamus, and David Schutt, Wheatland.
