Merna Tolman 09/14/1999 CLINTON, Iowa -- Services for Merna B. Tolman, of 547 2nd Ave. S., will be 4 p.m. today at Pape Funeral Home, Clinton. Visitation is 2 p.m. to service time. Inurnment will be at a later date in Clinton Lawn Cemetery, Clinton. Mrs. Tolman died Sunday, Sept. 12, 1999, at Wyndcrest Nursing Home, Clinton. She had worked at Woolworth's, Kresge's and Lou Marge's for many years. Merna Hamilton was born Jan. 19, 1910, in Clinton. She married Bert Tolman in 1936 in Oregon, Ill. He died in 1981. Survivors include a daughter, Linda Koepp, and a son, Steven, both of Clinton; three grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
