Edith Reinke 06/08/1999 CLINTON, Iowa -- Services for Edith V. Reinke, of Clinton, will be 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at St. John Lutheran Church, Clinton. Burial will be in Oakland Cemetery, Clinton. Visitation is 3-8 p.m. today at Pape Funeral Home, Clinton, and 9:30-10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the church. Mrs. Reinke died Sunday, June 6, 1999, at University Hospitals, Iowa City. Edith Geist was born Oct. 11, 1919, in Stettin, Germany. She married Paul Reinke in 1945 in Clinton. He died in 1986. She had worked at Burpee Seed Co. and later worked at Clinton Engineering Co. from 1966 to 1975. Memorials may be made to the St. John Lutheran Hour. Survivors include a daughter, Barbara Taylor, Rockport, Texas; three grandchildren; and a great-grandson.
