MAQUOKETA — Travis Gerardy, 25, of Maquoketa, died Thursday evening, December 18, 2008, at Trinity Medical Center in Moline, Ill., following a brief illness. A Celebration of his Life will be held on Tuesday, Dec. 23, 2008, at 10:30 a.m. at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Maquoketa, with the Rev. James Chappell and Deacon Bob Head officiating. Burial will be in the Sacred Heart Cemetery, Maquoketa, Iowa. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Monday at Lahey Funeral Home, Maquoketa, where a vigil service will be held at 8 p.m. Death date: Dec. 18, 2008
