MAQUOKETA — Helen A. Shady, 95, of Maquoketa, died Tuesday at the Jackson County Regional Health Center in Maquoketa. A celebration of her life will be held at 1:30 p.m. Friday at the First United Methodist Church in Maquoketa, with Rev. Jeff Dadisman officiating. Visitation will be held from 2 to 7 p.m. Thursday at Carson and Son Funeral And Cremation Services in Maquoketa. Burial will be in the Monmouth Cemetery. Death date: November 11, 2008
