CLINTON — Bernice Lucille Kuhse, 88, passed away on November 18, 2008, at her home. She was born on December 27, 1919, in Clinton, Iowa. Her parents were Cyril and Effie (Persons) Cave. She married Eugene Kuhse on September 3, 1938, in Clinton, Iowa. Mrs. Kuhse graduated from Clinton High School and was a homemaker. Mrs. Kuhse is survived by 3 daughters, Mary (Larry) Andresen, Clinton, IA; Joyce Hackney, Stockton, CA; Barbara (Charles) Doney, San Angello, TX; 1 son; Richard (Laura) Kuhse, Clinton, Iowa, 13 grandchildren and 30 great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband, 6 brothers, 4 sisters, a daughter, son, granddaughter and great-granddaughter. Visitation will be 5 to 7 p.m., Monday, November 24th, and Lemke Funeral Home South. Funeral services will be Tuesday, November 25th, at 10:30 a.m. at Lemke Funeral Home South. Burial will be in Clinton Lawn Cemetery. Memorials to be established. Death date: Nov. 18, 2008
