LA MOTTE — Vivian S. Koos, 80, of La Motte, died Saturday at Mill Valley Care Center in Bellevue. Honoring her request, visitation and funeral services were private. Burial was in the Holy Rosary Cemetery, La Motte. Lahey Funeral and Cremation Service in Maquoketa was in charge of arrangements.Death date: November 8, 2008
