CLINTON — Lillian M. McKenrick, 81, passed away Saturday, September 27, 2008, at Mercy Medical Center-North Campus. Visitation will be held Sunday, October 5, 2008, from 4 to 8 p.m. at Lemke Funeral Homes-South Chapel, 2610 Manufactur-ing Drive. Funeral Services will be held at the funeral home Monday, October 6, 2008, at 1:30 p.m., with Dr. Donald Batz of St. Mark’s Methodist Church, Camanche, officiating. Pallbearers will be Bill McKenrick, Joe Stillings, Merle Leab, Johnnie Leab, Joe Tyne and Trevor Willis. Honorary Pallbearers will be Frank Wiebers, Dick Wiebers, Dick McKenrick, Ron Emerson, Grant Henry, Don McManus, Kip Opheim and Wayne “Wormy” Wiersema. Burial will take place at Clinton Lawn Cemetery. Lillian Minerva McKenrick was born in Clinton on June 1, 1927, to Roy and Alletta (Jordan) Crider. She was a 1947 graduate of Clinton High School. Lillian married Joseph McKenrick on November 17, 1951, in Clinton. She was a homemaker and was a member of St. Mark’s Methodist Church, the Red Hat Ladies and liked to dance and go bowling. Surviving her are daughter Lynn McKenrick of Camanche; sons, Charles (Joyce) McKenrick and LeRoy McKenrick, both of Camanche; five grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; sister, Marion Hebdon of Clinton and several nieces and nephews. Preceding her in death are her parents, husband, one son and three sisters. Memorials are being established. Condolences can be made online at www.lemkefh.com. Death date: September 27, 2008
