Edward P. Kelley, 64, of State College and formerly of Cohoes, N.Y., died Sept. 20 in Camanche. Memorial services will be held at 3:30 p.m. Tuesday at Grace Lutheran Church, State College. Snell-Zornig Funeral Home and Crematory assisted the family with arrangements.
