MAQUOKETA — Otto J. Bisinger, 92, of Maquoketa, died Friday at Crestridge Nursing Home in Maquoketa. Public graveside services and burial celebrating his life will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Sacred Heart Cemetery, Maquoketa. Deacon Robert L. Head, of Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Maquoketa, will be officiating. Visitation will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. Tuesday at Carson and Son Funeral and Cremation Services in Maquoketa. Death date: Sept. 26, 2008
