CLINTON — Robert B. Lutton, 50, of Clinton, died Wednesday, August 6, 2008, at his home in Clinton. Funeral services will be 1:00 p.m., Friday, August 8, 2008, at the Clinton Chapel Snell-Zornig Funeral Home and Crematory. Burial will be in the Clinton Lawn Cemetery. Serving as pallbearers will be Jimmy McDonald, Walt Philbrick, David Lutton, Travis Foley, Jim Marston, Gene Hoaland, Shane Hotvec and Bill Hansen. Serving as honorary pallbearers will be Maynard Kohl, Lee Lutton Jr., Dominic Lutton, Skyler and Matt Foley, Madison Lutton, Teri and Tiffany Lutton, Tyler, Brandon and Mariah Brown. Visitation will be Thursday from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the Clinton Chapel Snell-Zornig Funeral Home and Crematory. Robert Brian Lutton was born on January 29, 1958, in DeWitt, Iowa, the son of Robert and Betty (Kohl) Lutton. He was currently employed as a civil worker with BENK at ADM in Clinton for the past year. Prior to that he was employed with Sewer Equipment of America in Chadwick, Illinois, for 10 years. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping, motorcycling and spending time outdoors. He is survived by a special friend with whom he shared a home with Pam Schipper of Clinton; two sons, Robert (Nikki Hinrichs) Lutton Jr. of Clinton and Lee (Shannon) Lutton of Clinton; three daughters, Betty Sue (Phil) Lacroix of Clinton, Lisa Bebensee of Clinton and Samantha Lutton of Clinton; his mother, Betty Hurla of Clinton; 8 grandchildren and 10 stepgranchildren; two stepdaughters, Heather Schipper of Clinton, Jessica Schipper of Clinton; and one stepson, Jay Sechrest of DeWitt, Iowa; three brothers, Keith (Debbie) Lutton of Adam, Tennessee, Clayton (Maria) Lutton of Clinton, and David (Michelle) Hurla of Clinton; three sisters, Tina Hotvec of Laurens, Iowa, Bridget (Pete) Runnenburg of Laurens, Iowa, and Florence Hurla of Clinton; and several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
