Helen M. Smith, 88, of Chadwick, died Monday at the Good Samaritan Nursing Home, Mount Carroll. A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday at First Evangelical Lutheran Church, Chadwick. Burial will be in the Chadwick Cemetery. Visitation will be from 10 to 11 a.m. Friday at the church. Frank-Law-Jones Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
