CAMANCHE — Richard “Rick” S. Delk, 47, of Camanche, graduated to glory, Tuesday, June 17, 2008, at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics, Iowa City, Iowa. Going Home Services will be 11:00 a.m. Friday, June 20, 2008, at Gateway Baptist Church, Clinton, with Rev. Jon Booth officiating. Burial will be in the Rose Hill Cemetery, Camanche. Visitation will be Thursday from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the Camanche Chapel Snell-Zornig Funeral Home and Crematory. Rick is survived by his wife, Jackie, of Camanche; his son, Joshua (Jennifer) Delk of Clinton; a stepson, Justin Mills of Clinton; a stepdaughter, Stephanie White of Camanche; four grandchildren, Natalie Delk, Alexandra White, Elizabeth White and Miley White; his parents, Mary and David Phelps of Camanche; two sisters, Bonny (John) Young of Clinton and Shannon (Kevin) Wisor of Schaumburg, Illinois, his brother, Michael (Brenda) Delk of Arkansas; and his maternal grandmother, Virginia Phelps of Camanche; and his beloved dog, Millie. Rick was preceded in death by his father, T.J. Delk; his grandfathers and his paternal grandmother; and a nephew, Randy Olsen.
