DAVENPORT — William Edward Miller, age 83, of Davenport, IA, formerly of Clinton, IA, died June 12, 2008, at Trinity Medical Center, Rock Island.Per his request, his body will be cremated. There will not be any visitation or services. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family. Hodgson Funeral Home, Rock Island, IL, is assisting the family.William was born on December 24, 1924, in Lamar, Missouri, the son of William Edward and Eva Hines Miller. He married Rose Galusha on February 24, 1989, in Clinton, IA. William had worked as a construction worker for the Laborers Union, 244, Dallas, TX. He enjoyed riding his Harley, fishing and working in his garden.Survivors include his wife, Rose; stepson, Ryan (Angelina) Galusha of Davenport, IA; and a grandson, Alexander.Death date: June 12, 2008
