Phyllis “Jean” Miller, 78, of Elizabeth, Ill., died Friday at Good Samaritan Nursing Home, Mount Carroll, Ill.The funeral will be 10:30 a.m. Monday at St. John Evangelical Lutheran Church, Massbach, with Pastor Steve Anderson officiating. Burial will be in St. John Evangelical Lutheran Church Cemetery, Massbach. Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Sunday at St. John Evangelical Lutheran Church, Massbach.
