Mrs. Harry (Mildred) LANGHAIM, 88, of 318 Main Ave., died Monday in Samaritan South.
The funeral will be 2 p.m. Thursday in Elvira Zion Lutheran Church, with the Rev. Gregory FRIEDRICH officiating. Visitation will be from 3 to 9 p.m. Wednesday in Clinton Chapel, Snell-Zornig Funeral Home. Burial will be in Clinton Memorial Park Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Don KRAMBECK, Kant and Ron PETERSEN, Cliff PETERS, Wilbur JURGENSON and Llewellyn KAMPHUIS.
Mrs. LANGHAIM was born Aug. 26, 1901, in Low Moor, to Henry and Magealena HARKSEN PETERSEN. She married Harry LANGHAIM March 27, 1930, in Clinton.
She was a homemaker and also a manager of the Clinton Humane Society for many years. She was a member of Elvira Zion Lutheran Church and the church Mary-Martha Circle. She also enjoyed cooking, crocheting and gardening.
Survivors include her husband; a sister, Berneta SMITH of Clinton, and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by three brothers and a sister.
