Robert Ball 08/01/1998 CLINTON, Iowa -- Robert J. Ball, of 2364 N. 4th St., died Friday, July 31, 1998, at Eagle Point Nursing Home, Clinton. Services will be 2 p.m. Monday at Pape Funeral Home, Clinton. Burial will be in Clinton Lawn Cemetery, Clinton. Visitation is 2-6 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. Mr. Ball worked 34 years in the starch plant at Clinton Corn Processing. He was born Aug. 9, 1920, in Clinton. He married Joyce Marx in 1952 in Clinton. Memorials may be made to American Diabetes Association. Survivors include his wife; sons, Danny, David, Perry and Dennis, all of Clinton; 12 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
