Willard Beck 12/12/1998 CLINTON, Iowa -- Services for Willard J. Beck, of Clinton, will be 3 p.m. Tuesday at St. Irenaeus Cemetery, Clinton. There will be no visitation. Cremation rites have been accorded. Snell-Zornig Funeral Home and Crematory, Clinton, is in charge of arrangements. Mr. Beck died Wednesday, Dec. 9, 1998, at Samaritan Hospital North, Clinton. He had worked as a welder at Central Steel, Camanche. He also had farmed in the Maquoketa area. Mr. Beck was born Feb. 2, 1922, in Jackson County. He married Mary Johnson in 1965 in Camanche. Memorials may be made to the family. Survivors include his wife; daughters, Sandra Hartman, Warren, Ohio, Sheri Tucker, LaMirada, Calif., and Coney Cornelius, Maquoketa; eight grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; sisters, Florence Beck, Maquoketa, and Elizabeth Stamp, East Moline; and a brother, Lester Beck, Maquoketa.
