Gerald Broderson 11/29/1998 MUSCATINE, Iowa -- Services for Gerald O. Broderson, of Muscatine, will be 1:30 p.m. Monday at Ralph J. Wittich-Riley-Freers Funeral Home, Muscatine. Burial will be 11 a.m. Tuesday in Clinton Memorial Park, Clinton. Visitation is 2-5 p.m. today at the funeral home. Mr. Broderson died Thursday, Nov. 26, 1998, at Muscatine General Hospital. He retired in 1979 after working for 18 years at the Hon Company. Mr. Broderson was born June 18, 1919, in Clinton. He married Laura Smith in 1946 in Clinton. He served in the Army during World War II in the European Theater of Operations. Memorials may be made to Walnut Park Baptist Church, Muscatine. Survivors include his wife; a daughter, Pat Edwards, Muscatine; sons, Roy Broderson and Richard Broderson, both of Muscatine; five grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
