Minnie Stewart 11/12/1998 CLINTON, Iowa -- Services for Minnie A. Stewart, of Clinton, will be 1 p.m. Friday at Snell-Zornig Funeral Home, Clinton. Burial will be in Clinton Lawn Cemetery, Clinton. Visitation is 4-8 p.m. today at the funeral home. Mrs. Stewart died Monday, Nov. 9, 1998, at Finley Hospital, Dubuque. She was employed as a packer at Warren Industries, Clinton. She also was employed many years as a cook at the former Schick Veterans Administration Hospital, Clinton. Minnie Lohse was born Sept. 12, 1917, in Clinton. She married Harry Comstock in 1936 in Clinton. He died in 1962. She married Howard Stewart in 1967 in Clinton. Memorials may be made to the family. Survivors include her husband; sons, David Comstock, Clinton, and Larry Comstock, Camanche; nine grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; four step-great-grandchildren; a great-great-grandchild; and a brother, Richard Lohse, Clinton.
